Access to and use of www.first4vending.co.uk (the website) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. The Website shall not be used for any purpose which is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. 

The Terms and Conditions herein should be fully accepted by anyone ordering or browsing the website and should the Terms and Conditions not be accepted the user must immediately stop using the website and discontinue ordering or browsing immediately. 

Any changes to the website or any part of it may be made at any time without notice and no liability will be held against First 4 Vending Ltd for any such changes to the website or to these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to browse or order from the website following any changes automatically means that any changes have been accepted. 

It should be understood that the contents of the website, or any verbal advice from First 4 Vending Ltd (the company) should not be relied upon when making any decision to purchase goods from the website. 

 

All items on the website are usually available for delivery. However, if stocks are particularly low the buyer will be contacted with an expected delivery date. 

Orders required for next day delivery must be placed before 11am for same day shipping and next day delivery. Order placed after 11am will be sent out the following day. However, no liability will be accepted by the company for non-next day delivery by a third party. Neither will liability be accepted for non-delivery, late delivery or the cost of resending goods which have been delivered correctly to the wrong designated delivery address or where there is failure to collect the products from the specified delivery address. Cancellations of an order made and paid for may be made but will depend on whether the item has already been despatched. If an order is cancelled prior to despatch all monies will be returned in full, including delivery. However, if an order is not cancelled prior to despatch it will be dealt with as a “return”. 

www.first4vending.co.uk is a secured site and the company places a high level of importance on security and internet fraud. There may be an isolated occasion when we need to contact the buyer in order to carry out security checks as fraudulent activity and attempted suspicious transactions will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities. 

A secure checkout facility is used on the website. The details of the buyer’s payment are not seen or stored by the company. The only part which is seen by the company is the final transaction and method of payment used. Additionally, details of any visitor or buyer to www.first4vending.co.uk will never be passed to any third parties in any way.. 

 

No refund or exchange will be accepted for any item which has been opened or used in any way. To return goods which have been ordered incorrectly and are in the original condition and unused, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after the date the goods have been received and signed for. However, the cost for returning the goods rests with the buyer and should the company cover the cost of the return this will be deducted from the refund, which will be made once the returned goods have been received in a satisfactory and resalable condition. If packaging is damaged on receipt, the courier should be notified immediately, along with the company. 

Refunds for payments made by debit or credit card will automatically be made directly back to whichever payment method used. Payments made through PayPal will be refunded via Paypal.
